Karrie is the best travel agent we have ever worked with. We had very specific criteria and were actually pretty high maintenance but she was patient and so hard working to help us find the vacation we wanted. From the beginning- she provided a variety of options and once we narrowed down our search she connected with the various resorts to address any outstanding concerns we had.When we were faced with the potential of having to cancel or reschedule our trip at the last minute- Karrie was extremely responsive and supportive- trying to help us even though she was half-way around the world on a cruise! While we didn’t end up having to make any changes- Karrie went above and beyond to ensure we had all the necessary information.KATHRYNWe are already planning our next trip and will definitely be using Karrie again!
